How long does it take to process an order?

Order processing typically takes between 10 to 14 days, depending on the complexity of the design and whether powder coating is required. We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our high-quality standards.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us via email within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, but you’ll need to contact us quickly! If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the delivery address. Once the order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the Australia Post website.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we can accommodate your request. Once the cutting process begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all our artwork within Australia, but this applies to standard postage only. If you need your order faster, you can leave us a note during checkout for an additional fee.
