We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us via email within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we can accommodate your request. Once the cutting process begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
Yes, but you’ll need to contact us quickly! If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the delivery address. Once the order has been dispatched, changes
