Overview
At Pro Cut Laser, we are committed to providing high-quality laser-cut metal products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist. Please review our returns policy to understand your rights and the procedures for returning products.
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame:You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition:To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free from defects not caused by Pro Cut Laser, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase:A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized metal products
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Sale or clearance items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
Return Process
- Initiate a Return:Contact our customer service team at support@procutlaser.au to initiate a return. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos if the item is defective.
- Return Authorization:Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Packaging and Shipping:Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. Clearly label the package with the RA number and return it to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Inspection:Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds
- Approval:If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Partial Refunds:Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@procutlaser.au with your request and a description of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@procutlaser.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. If the product was damaged during shipping, please refer to our shipping policy for further instructions.
